London festival GALA was one of the first large-scale events to take place in the UK after the global pandemic. To ensure they bounced back in style, they wanted to prioritise fan experience across the board.
Delivering exceptional fan experience at an inner-city festival is no small feat. GALA came to us because they wanted to grow their intimate day party into the premium weekend festival brand in London, tapping into local communities to build a rich and diverse audience, and produce a seamless sold out event to ensure fans come back year on year.
