The brief

Delivering exceptional fan experience at an inner-city festival is no small feat. GALA came to us because they wanted to grow their intimate day party into the premium weekend festival brand in London, tapping into local communities to build a rich and diverse audience, and produce a seamless sold out event to ensure fans come back year on year.

We worked holistically and cross-departmentally to execute the brief.

Our strategy

Creating high-value original content — such as live presenter-led social coverage — to create a palpable buzz around the event.
Engaging fans with laser-targeted custom-built marketing campaigns across on-site advertising, paid social, email, push & OOH.
Maximising conversion with a fully-optimised announcement and on sale, offering early access and discounted tickets to local community partners via pre-sale and notified promo codes.
Delivering a seamless door entry operation with guest list point and customer support to facilitate 9,000 people per day for three days.
Locking in next year’s attendees with extensive post event coverage on socials and magazine as well as targeted re-engagement campaigns for ticket holders
